Band-Opitcs has 10 years experience in production of mirrors and has a variety of production equipment. We can provide the maximum dia 1200mm to minimum dia 1.0mm, with the thinnest thickness to be reached with 0.17mm. Customized optics are produced according to customers’ drawings and requirements of precision. Optical mirrors can be used for light in UV, VIS and IR spectral regions. The optical mirror with metal coating has high reflectance in the widest spectral range, while the mirror with wide band dielectric coating has a narrow spectral operating range. The average reflectance of the entire designated area is greater than 99%. Hot, cold, backpolished, ultra-fast, D-shaped, oval, parabolic, concave, crystal and laser line dielectric coated optical mirrors are available for more specialized applications. Mirror coatings can be applied to a different optical components including window, prisms and concave lenses. We can offer a multitude of substrates dependent on the application, however glass with low thermal expansion is most commonly used including float glass and borosilicate.
