Cylindrical Lenses

Band Optics is able to manufacture both large cylindrial lenses (Max. diameter 150mm) and micro cylindrial lenses (Min. Diameter 8.0mm).

Customized optics are produced according to customers’ drawings and requirements of precision. Cylindrical lenses are designed for applications that require one-dimensional shaping of light sources. They are available in flat concave or flat convex configurations to extend or focus light respectively. Choose from N-BK7 glass, ultraviolet fused quartz or CaF2, all of which can be uncoated or have an anti-reflective coating.

We also offer round cylindrical lenses. We offer cylindrical lenses and cylindrical achromatic doublets for applications where minimum aberration is required.
