Band-Optics manufactures more than 150 kinds of prisms with quantities more than 100k pcs per year, from Max. dimensions 300x200mm to Min. dimensions 0.5x0.5mm.
Customized optics are produced according to customers’ drawings and requirements of precision. Shapes can be right-angle, dispersing, penta, roof, dove, wedge, corner cube retroflectors, rhomboid, powell etc. We have CNC and laser cutting equipment to do complex shape machining of prisms, such as drilling, grooving, etc. Those products have better clarity, higher resolution and more accurate angular accuracy.
We're skilled in the application of many manufacturers like CDGM, Schott, Ohara, HOYA, Corning, Nikon, Heraeus materials, and has unique technology for N-SF66, N-KZFS31A, N-FK95 and other materials.
We also supply CaF2, MgF2, ZnS, ZnSe, Silicon, Germanium in the production of glass materials.
