Mass production
We have equipment with 1000 square meteres facilities, manufacturing both lenses & flat optics and having coating capabilites in-house. From tranditional low-polished to high-polished methods, can reach flatness 1/20L and P4 polish grade. The mass production quantities per month are around 100,000pcs.
Cleaning
Before coating, we will use Ultrasonic to wash the optics making sure surface is clean enough.
Metrology We have continued to invest in metrology capabilities. Our QC department is equipped to inspect almost every precision optical specification.
