Band-Optics is able to manufacture both large dimensional optical windows (Max. diameter 1200mm) and micro dimensional optical windows (Min. diameter 1.0mm), with the thinnest thickness to be reached with 0.17mm. Customized optics are produced according to customers’ drawings and requirements of precision, shapes can be circular, rectangular, eliptical, as well as irregular which is made by CNC and laser cutting machines. Various dimensional substrates are made from N-BK7, UVFS, IRFS, CaF2, ZnSe, Sapphire, MgF2 materials etc. Windows can be uncoated or with AR coating on single or both surfaces according to customized wavelength, also can be coated with mirror, beamsplitter or filter coatings.
