Band-Optics manufactures more than 150 kinds of prisms, with quantities more than 100k pcs, with Max. dimensions 300x200mm and Min. dimensions 0.5x0.5mm. Customized optics are produced according to customers’ drawings and requirements of precision. Shapes can be right-angle, dispersing, penta, roof, dove, wedge, corner cube retroflectors, rhomboid, powell etc. We have CNC and laser cutting equipment to do complex shape machining of prisms, such as drilling, grooving, etc. Those products have better clarity, higher resolution and more accurate angular accuracy. Our materials selection ranges from N-BK7, N-BaK4, Fused Silica, ZnSe, CaF2 etc.

All prisms are tested in our metrology laboratory and then 100% visually inspected by our QA department.
