Applications of Optical Lenses

    Optical Lenses Categories

    Aspherical Lenses

Aspherical optical lenses reduce spherical aberration and enable higher NA focusing and compact imaging. We supply polished aspheres in parabolic, elliptic, off-axis and freeform profiles for demanding laser and imaging systems.

    Spherical Lenses

Spherical lenses include plano-convex/concave, bi-convex/concave, meniscus and special spherical optics with UV-to-IR materials and diameters up to 800mm, these lenses serve general imaging, illumination and beam delivery.

    Cylindrical Lenses

Cylindrical optical lenses focus light in one axis, converting round beams into lines or compressing line beams to spots. We provide plano-convex/concave cylinders, rod lenses, and cylindrical achromats for line-laser and line-scan systems.

    Achromatic Lenses

Achromatic lenses combine multiple glasses to correct chromatic aberration, producing clean broadband focus for white-light imaging, microscopy, and multispectral systems.

    Fresnel Lenses

Fresnel lenses deliver large-aperture focusing or collimation in a thin, lightweight form—ideal for illumination, energy concentration, and weight-sensitive Optical.

    Micro-Objective Lenses

Infinity-corrected plan-apochromat micro objectives provide long working distance and a large field of view for microscopy, micro-inspection, and precision measurement.

Customized Lenses Made to Your Specs

    Made-to-Print OEM Customized Lenses

Send your optical drawings (PDF/STEP) or specifications, we manufacture customized lenses exactly to print—including special apertures, irregular shapes, and non-standard geometries.

    Design-for-Manufacturing (DFM) Engineering Support

Our engineers review optical performance targets, tolerance stack-ups, and material/coating feasibility to ensure your design is manufacturable and cost-effective at scale.

Customized Lens Size, Material & Coating Range

We produce customized lenses from micro-sizes to large apertures using UV fused silica, optical glasses, CaF₂, sapphire, silicon, and IR crystals. Coatings are tailored to your wavelength and AOI for maximum throughput and minimal ghosting.

    Precision Tolerance Options by Grade

Precision grade options support diffraction-limited wavefront, tight centration, and fine scratch-dig—ideal for high-power laser focusing and high-resolution imaging systems.
